Libby's(R) Famous Pumpkin Pie
This is the recipe I use every Thanksgiving!!! I LOVE it and don't change a thing to it. I make my own whipped cream and add a bit of cinnamon to the cream.

Chicken Pot Pie IX
This recipe is unbelievably easy and so good! I loved it. First time I ever made a pot pie. I did have to make some changes with what I had. I used pillsbury dough boy's ready-made crusts. I made this after thanksgiving so I used left-over turkey. I used up turkey broth which had stuffing mixed up in it and added chicken broth to that to make it 1 3/4 cup. My husband I don't like peas or cooked celery so I used only carrots and green beans which I steamed. I also didn't have celery seeds so I used minced garlic and onion powder. I just placed the turkey and the steamed veggies in the pie and added the sauce over it. This recipe is mm-mm-good! Would love to make it more often but have to figure out how to make a smaller portion of it since it took us 3 nights to finish off 1 pie...

Angel Chicken Pasta
This is an easy recipe to make in the crock pot which is what I did. I mixed all the ingredients except for the chicken in the crock pot and once everything was well mixed, I added the chicken which I diced up. I added a little bit of onion. I cooked it on low for about 4 hours. I only used 2 chicken breasts but left the other ingredients at the original amounts to have more sauce which did work out well to put more sauce over the pasta or rice. I would use the recipe "Italian dressing mix" from here instead of the packet from the store which is loaded with salt and fillers. It will give it more punch and flavor. I served it over rice to use up rice and chicken stock. My husband said it had a lot of flavor and it was good. We had broccoli along with it as well. I think it'd be better over pasta as the recipe calls for. Might add garlic next time.
