One Bowl Brownies
I love how easy this recipe is--can do it even while holding a clingy 1-year old lol. But the pan really is a tad big for the batter...I like slightly fatter brownies. They taste great though! Right out of the oven my first impression was that they were slightly dry, but after sitting in the container overnight they are delicious.
You can also make these into PB brownies by swirling peanut butter right into the batter in the pan before baking.
