Cheese and Sausage Stuffed Zucchini
With a huge zucchini from a family friend's garden I wasn't sure how this would turn out. It was excellent. My husband and I really enjoyed the flavors and it froze/reheated easily.

Wow, this was great! I used 4 chicken thighs and added rosemary as suggested by another reviewer. I tried one thigh with vinegar and one without and enjoyed both. Thanks!
