Southern Peach Cobbler

PERFECT!!! I made this cobbler earlier today for a cookout... I came home and I'm making it all over again to take to work tomorrow... it was that good! I used North Carolina fresh grown peaches that we picked up at a little fruit stand on the side of the road. :)

Great cookies! I made my husband a big cookie cake shaped like a heart for Valentines Day... it tasted as good as it looked! Perfect texture!

Cake Mix Cookies VII

Great and simple cookies! My husband can't stay away from them! My spin on these was to add in 8oz. cream cheese, then top with a little bit of icing after they cooled off. I would describe them as "cupcake tops". I'll be making these again!

Zucchini Brownies

I sent this recipe to a friend of mine who has a 4 year old little girl with really bad allergies to milk, eggs, etc. and she devowered them!! She had no idea they were even good for her!! VERY big hit and we will make this often as her "special brownies".

Peanut Butter Balls II

One word....... WONDERFUL!!!! Suggestion: make the one inch balls and then refridgerate for a few hours before dipping in hot chocolate, as peanut butter gets difficult to handle otherwise.

Blue Cheese Turkey Rolls

My company didn't care for these. They were too "heavy". Ham, cream cheese and a spear of pickle cut in half make much better rolls.
