Cinnamon Carrot Bread
Very good, very moist, I only used 1 1/2 cups of flour like others had suggested and mine came out very moist. Next time I will cut down the sugar, a little too sweet for my taste and then I will add nutmeg and I think this will be a perfect recipe!

Orange-Glazed Carrots
Super Good carrots! I love this recipe, I actually made mine on the stovetop and they came out great! Kids loved it too! Thank you for sharing a GREAT recipe!

Sweet Fried Summer Squash
Excellent recipe, I just added salt and pepper to the squash before I dredged in the flour. This is the way my mother made squash when I was a child. Thanks for sharing your recipe.
