My first lasagna was so horrible we had to throw the entire dish in the garbage. I also made a key lime pie that wouldn't set...my husband called it key lime "soup".

Beef and Irish Stout Stew
Very tasty! I just dumped everything into the crock pot and cooked on high for 4 hours. Served over mashed potatoes as others suggested. I added a tsp of hot sauce at the end, which added a tiny kick. Perfect. Loved this recipe!

Downeast Maine Pumpkin Bread
EXCELLENT! Followed recipe exactly as written. Made three nice-sized loaves. SO good! Moist and full of flavor. This will definitely be my pumpkin bread recipe from now on!
