My absolute favorite thing to cook are desserts...any type. I also enjoy making pasta dishes and trying out new recipes! Holiday cooking - my family gatherings always involve lots of food! I make a cheesecake and cookies that are always requested by my friends. My first lasagna was so horrible we had to throw the entire dish in the garbage. I also made a key lime pie that wouldn't set...my husband called it key lime "soup".
