Big M's Spicy Lime Grilled Prawns

Very good! I didn't process the marinate. I put everything into a large plastic bag and let sit for 2-3 hours.

very good and very rich. I had to work on St. pats day so the night before I browned the beef in bacon fat , i also used sliced celery, 6 oz can tomato paste,1c beef broth, and 2 c of Guniness (the rest of instruction I followed). I placed everything into the crockpot. In A.M. turned crockpot onto low. I served it over mashed pot/ with grren onions.

Mexican Mole Sauce

Good recipes I will make this again. VERY easy to make.We put shredded chicken inot sauce and we ate on corn shells. I do have to say this is not the mole I was looking for. I'll keep looking.

Taqueria Style Tacos - Carne Asada

I have made this many times ....it gets better every time. The last time I made it I sliced up the meat and let it "soak" for an hour or so then I put everthing in the crockpot. beyond tender!

Turtle Pie

I never thought I would say something is "too sweet" but this is! I would never make this again. I did make it the way the recipe called for, I guess if you cut the caramel in half it might be okay...but i dont feel it is worth it.

Kitty Litter Cake

My husband had to work Halloween night so I made this for the guys he worked with. They thought it was funny and good.....one problem ...you can't look at the litter box while you eat it:)

A friend made this cake for a party we were having..it was great, so I search it down and have made it myself. A+..I would say the only draw back is having to buy the liquor, but I'm sure I'll find some use for it:)

King Ranch Chicken Casserole III

This is the lowest rating I have ever left...I took others suggestions added more cheese...put sauce on the bottom. I guess if you like across between a chicken pot pie and Chicken helper this would be the dish for you. Not good at all. No one in my family finished there meal.

New York Cheesecake II

Perfect!!! The only changes I made was to the crust. I wanted a chocolate crust so I crushed a pkg. of oreo cookies and put into the bottom of gressed pan. Also served with cherrys on top! This is a great "base" for all of your cheesecake needs. Thanks for sharing.

Blackberry Pie I

5 plus ...I made this for a family get together there was none left. I used frozen berries and a plisbury frig. crust and it still was great. Im sure if I used fresh it would have been that much better!!
