Zucchini Bread IV
I've used this recipe so many times over years to make zucchini bread; and I'm about to do it again. This is so easy and comes out so moist and taste greats, why bother trying another.

Gazpacho I
My husband loves Gazpacho and he loved this recipe. I made the soup as suggested and topped it with only the onion and scallions. We also added some crab. Great recipe!

Best Chocolate Chip Cookies
Delicious...I used this recipe to make home-made ice cream sandwiches. I doubled the recipe, except for the chocolate chips (I roll the ice cream in chocolate chips), and left out the nuts. Yummy
