Fluffy Pancakes
Excellent recipe. I substituted the milk for almond milk and the white flour for oat flour. To make healthier, I used a tablespoon of coconut sugar and a couple drops of liquid stevia in place of the sugar.
I also added a scoop of vanilla protein powder and a few tablespoons of ground flax. My batter was a little watery so I found I had to add a some extra flour. (maybe because I used oat flour) My entire family loved them!
