Grilled Venison Backstrap

Flank Steak with Avocado Salsa
the rub was gooood. made it exactly as written. i could taste the cinnamon and thought it was really nice. made more of the rub and stored it in an old cheese shaker

Red Skinned Potato Salad
Pretty Good. I used a tablespoon of mayo. 8 or 6 oz Fage 0% Plain Greek Yogurt and a nice helping of Dijon mustard (that really gave a nice flavor). I also used about 1/4 cup white onion and 1/4 cup green onion. I was unsure how it would taste using the greek yogurt and mustard but my bf actually liked it.. and he's pretty picky.
