Fantastic, fantastic, fantastic! I have tried 3 different macaroni and cheese recipes and none of them got a thumbs up from my family until this one! My 3 and 7 year old boys loved it, as did my hubby who is a chef! I used a mixed cheddar cheese as well as a reduced fat american cheese and thought is came out perfectly!
