Pumpkin Roll I

This is a huge hit with my whole family. I couldn't find the tea cloth so I used wax paper and it worked fine. I did have to let it cool longer before I rolled it up.

Crab Crusted Grouper

Followed the directions except for cooked in oven for another 1/2 hour after grilling at 300. Everyone loved these ribs

Texas Stuffed Mushrooms

I did not care for this at all but my husband liked them. They are very mushy and not a good flavor.
