Garbanzo Bean Chocolate Cake (Gluten Free!)
Great recipe! For those of us who have to make gfcf dishes, it is always a sigh of relief to find a recipe that does not require strange ingredients and is easy to make. I added 1/2 cup of apple sauce (I just pulverized an apple, skin and all, in the food processer with a little water) as another reviewer suggested and only used 1/2 cup sugar. We all thought it was great, especially the son who I made it for. Will try using even less sugar next time, since another reviewer said she forgot the sugar all together and it still was good. Thanks for the recipe!
