Zucchini Brownies
I made these to use up some zucchini. After I started making the recipe, I realized I was out of vanilla, so I substituted caramel extract, and made a caramel icing. Everyone loved it. I was surprised how you couldn't tell the zucchini was in there. Of course, I didn't tell anyone that there was zucchini it them until they said how great they were! Thanks for the recipe!
