I enjoy spending time with family and friends. I love to travel, having drinks with friends... and laying on the beach.
Cooking is my passion.. I love to experiment in the kitchen, and now have many, many staple recipes. I strive to make and perfect quality food at home... so I can control the quality of ingredients and focus on my family's health and nutrition... I love to prepare wholesome meals for my family.
My favorite things to cook
There is nothing that I don't try to cook. I try to be productive and proficient within all my cooking. My favorite types of meals are multi ethnic cuisines, I love fusion cooking, but most of all I love recipes and foods from asia, south america, and italy.
I have been cooking since I was a little girl; I started out baking and soon was cooking entire meals for my family, that has never changed.
When I visit family the first thing they say "Will you make your _____ ...?" I just enjoy making people happy through my food, and bringing friends and family together at the table.

I hope to start some of my own, a love of cooking that is a lifelong gift I hope to pass to my children...
My cooking triumphs
mastered making delicious yeast breads and rolls.. making homemade pizza crusts, I love NY style pizza so I made 2 pizzas a week until I had an amazing final product. Now most importantly, my husband and kids love pizza night!
My cooking tragedies
haha! I bought a smoked ham rather than a fresh ham for a recipe a few years ago, I followed the recipe having no idea that I needed the fresh ham... it was awful to say the least.
