JIF® Irresistible Peanut Butter Cookies

Really excellent and simple recipe. The only thing I changed was I used half butter, half shortening because I didn't have butter-flavored shortening.

A very simple scrambled eggs recipe for a large crowd. This dish has become my go-to brunch dish when my family comes over. I usually add the real bacon bits that you can get in a jar and a handful of cheddar cheese if I want to make them extra special. They come out perfect every time. I've even scaled them down to 2 servings for my husband and me and they were still delicious.

Cranberry Apple Pie II

A really lovely tasting pie. I have family members who don't like overly sweet desserts and this one was perfect for them. The only thing I changed was only adding 4 apples. Thanks for a great recipe!

Bob's Awesome Lasagna

So good! Like many others I used 2-26 ounce jars of sauce and the no boil noodles. I cooked it covered for 50 minutes and then uncovered it for the last 10 minutes so it could get brown and bubbly on top. It was a fantastic recipe with very little fuss involved!

Honey-Lime Fruit Toss

Delicious! What a lovely combintation of flavors. I followed the advice of others and added more lime juice and honey (I doubled each). This salad was a huge hit at a recent family gathering!

Beer Margaritas

So Good, finally a margarita where you can really taste the tequila! I made these exactly as the recipe stated for my sister's birthday, along with the Texas Chicken Quesadillas, and Guacamole by Bob Cody, all from allrecipes.com. What an amazing dinner!

Awesome Slow Cooker Pot Roast

Oh my word, this is a great recipe! I love coming home to the this roast after working all day. I make this recipe at least twice a month, with no complaints from my family. Like other reviewers, I usually throw some carrots, potatoes, and onions on top of the roast to make a complete meal. I use cream of celery instead of the cream of mushroom because my husaband doesn't like mushroom. Thank you for a fantastic and simple recipe!

Feta Cheese Turkey Burgers

These burgers are great! We serve them with hummus and pita wedges, instead of fries, for a fun Greek dinner. I never have problems with the turkey being dry. I do use the 99% fat free, but the brand I use must be a good one for keeping it's moisture. I very rarely make a recipe without making changes, but this one is perfect just the way it is!
