Slow Cooker Cilantro Lime Chicken
Pretty good and really easy. I saw someone say that it was too salty..so I found some low sodium Taco seasoning (40% less sodium) and only used half the packet. It was wasn't bland at all and had great mexican flavor. The first time I made this I added a can of rinsed pinto beans which turned out great,,this time I'm going to try a cup of frozen corn.

Southwestern Chicken and White Bean Soup
So good. I didn't cook the chicken before, just threw everything in. I did double the broth and salsa because I prefer it more soupy. Will make again and again!
