Chewy Chocolate Chip Oatmeal Cookies
Delicious. I have to say, I am quite a hard critic of recipes and usually like to tweak recipes to make them better (in my opinion :) ) I followed this recipe to a tee and was pleasantly surprised. Just fabulous. I only made two tiny alterations. I added some raisin, which added a nice sweet flavor in some bites and I found, with my oven, I needed to turn up the heat a little. Amy, these are great.
