Janet's Rich Banana Bread
Great banana bread, very versatile. It tastes great plain or you can spice it up a bit with some cinnamon & nutmeg. It's also great with nuts, dried cranberries and chocolate chips.

Heavenly White Cake
What a great white cake, so light and moist with a nice flavour. It freezes well if you want to make it ahead of time but don't want it eaten. Takes to other flavour like orange with a chocolate icing if you don't like almond. Makes good chocolate chip cupcakes too if you add 1 cup of chips.

Best of the Best Blueberry Muffins
I love these muffins and have made them a few times now, and they are great as is. But I have also made them once with about 1 tsp of lemon zest and another time with 1/2 tsp of lavender. They are great however you make them.
