Chicken Enchiladas II
A really nice enchilada recipe. Followed directions exactly and husband raved about how good they were. Said they were better than anything we've eaten at our favorite Mexican restaurant. Gave it 4 stars because leftovers did not reheat well. The flour tortilla got very soggy.

Portuguese Chicken I
This is a scrumptious recipe, quick, easy, and delicious. I served it over rice cooked in half water and half chicken stock. The rice complimented the chicken and mixed wonderfully with the sauce.

Ham and Asparagus Fettuccine
As Rachael says, this was YUMMMM-O. I used 1 cup heavy cream and 1 cup half and half and it was still very rich, but very, very good. Indulge yourself it's worth it!
