This is SO good and easy!!! I was worried about the clean up but cleaning the butter/sugar mixture was a cinch! I definately recommend this recipe

Kickin' London Broil with Bleu Cheese Butter

Oooookay. 1st: this is London Broil which is NOT flank steak. A "London Broil" is usually a Top Round Roast, not a flank steak. I had a top round cut and used this, but I wish that I had used a flank steak it would have been MUCH better. The blue cheese butter is AWESOME!!! It ABSOLUTELY saved my over-cooked top round! I'm only giving it 4 stars because of the name confusion. I feel that it should be called Kickin' Flank Steak with Bleu Cheese Butter.

Strawberry Banana Crepes

This is SO yummy!! I just finished making everything & am eating as I type. I love the use of the fresh fruit and think the cinnamon adds a nice little something extra. I'll definately make this again!!

Baked French Toast

This was really good! I couldn't find a loaf of french bread the evening that I made this, so I used a baguette and it worked just fine. I made it for a girl's brunch with Mimosas and a Grey's Anatomy marathon. It went over very well!

Fish Tacos

I would give this 5 stars, but I did not follow the recipe exactly. I did not batter my own fish, I used pre-battered frozen fish and I hate it when people change a recipe and them rate it 5 stars. The sauce is amazing, spicy enough but the cooling from the mayo and yogurt is soothing. I love this recipe and make it often!

Boyfriend Bait Beef Stroganoff

yummy! I loved this!! I love stroganoff! I also tried this with ground beef and it was great. The beef tenderloin is pretty pricey, so we use it for special dinners and groud beef if we want it more often. The sauce is super scrumptious!

Sugar Coated Pecans

I make these every year when it starts getting chilly. Not only are they amazing, but they make your house smell absolutely incredible when you are toasting. I have started to include them in our Christmas gift baskets and people just rave about them!
