One thing I noticed is that the edges seemed to get a little crunchy kind of like when you make brownies. I must say it came out very well. I had a family event and used them as taste testers. Some of the comments I received were it was very rich, strong chocolate taste and moist. I made only half of the frosting that the recipe suggested. I'd recommend this one.
