Decadent is an understatement for this dish. Taste wise it was great, but I needed CPR after dinner. If you are on a health kick, make this a once in a blue mooner. Sherry is such an awesome ingredient though.

Even though this recipe was panned by other reviewers, I was compelled to give it a try. I thought it was fantastic. If you look beyond Wal*Mart, you can find veggie boullion cubes. Any health food store will carry them. I found mine at Wegmans--a major grocery chain. I will make this again when I have the time. This would have been 5 star if it did not take so long.
