This will definitely replace pumpking pie at Thanksgiving. I did make two changes. I cut the sugar back to 1 cup and cut the melted butter down to 1/2 cup. It turned out great!

Melt-away Strawberry Shortcakes

These were great! I substituted milk for the whipping cream when making the shortcakes. I'll probably use Cool Whip next time in place of the cream.

Four Cheese Macaroni and Cheese

This was great! Next time I will have to increase the macaroni if I use this much cheese. Also, I mixed the eggs and milk together before pouring it over the macaroni.

DT's Beef Dip

Sausage Casserole

This was a nice twist on a familar brunch casserole. I liked using the shredded potatoes rather than 10 or 12 slices of bread like other casseroles use.
