Roast Sticky Chicken-Rotisserie Style

OH MY GOSH!!! I made this tonight for supper and I could not believe how good it is! After being in the oven for about 2 hours I began to baste it because the juicies were finally coming out. Then I decided to take what juices were left and pour them into a cup. I made a gravy with that and poured it over the chicken once it was served. I can not believe how easy and how good this chicken is!! Thank you so much for sharing:)

Yakisoba Chicken

Very tasty! I too used the rooster hot sauce. I only used 1 tbs. though and I am glad that I did, because it was very spicy to me. My very picky husband on the other hand thought it was right:) He even went back for seconds, something that he rarely does. Thanks for sharing:)

Hot Artichoke and Spinach Dip II

This is great! I did not have any Ramano cheese so I used 1/2 cup of parmesan cheese and I also added another clove of garlic and kept everything else the same. I will be making this again and again:) Thanks for sharing your recipe:)

Mom's Best Pork Chops

Did not have any saltine crackers so I used club crackers instead. I also took the advice of another reviewer and seasoned the egg and crackers. Oh this is so yummy! My cat also ate an entire pork chop:) Thanks for sharing:)

I left out the zucchini and the seashell pasta. But I added a can of corn and two diced potatoes. I have to say that this the best!! Because I added more vegetables it reminded me of vegetable soup. The spices were just right for this. I will be making this again and again!! Thanks for sharing your recipe:)

Tex-Mex Burger with Cajun Mayo

Mushroom Chicken Parmesan

Made a few changes with this recipe. I used half and half istead of heavy whipping cream. I also seasoned the flour with Lawrys seasoning salt, garlic powder and pepper. Seasoned the butter too with garlic salt and pepper. I added the half and half the last 20 minutes of cooking so it would not currdle as it had with another review. I also sauted the mushrooms along with a yellow onion and a green bell pepper in butter then added them the last 15 minutes. This is a great recipe. I will be making again and again!! Thanks for sharing:)
