Not sure what I did wrong, but this ended up far too dry. I may try it again, as my husband liked the flavor, but I was hoping for more sauce. Perhaps some chicken stock or white wine next time.

Awesome- but certainly not for the "I don't love sweets" types! My five stars are based on the following amendments taken from other reviewers: - I added a few hearty dashes of cinnamon and 1 tablespoon of vanilla - I added 1 tablespoon of flour to the filling - I substituted the dark Karo for 1 tablespoon of molasses (only because I had no dark Karo). The result was fabulous. I used a store-bought pie crust and I didn't bother to arrange the pecans in a dainty pattern. I will surely make this again!

Fabulous! It was a bit different from the sweet potato casserole of my childhood; I wasn't accustomed to the OJ, but I found it to be the perfect addition. I added a layer of pecans and brown sugar under the marshmallows- YUM!
