To Die For Fettuccini Alfredo

What's not to like? Rich cream sauce with real butter and romano cheese. Definitely not for the diet conscious but great for a mother-daughter no husbands at home meal served with fresh Greek salad!!

Fettuccini Alfredo VI

Now this was a fettuccini my diabetic husband actually liked. So many diabetic recipes lack the flavor of the original recipes; this one passed the test.

Fettuccini al Fungi

I loved the mushrooms with the sauce but my husband and grandson were not as impressed. Oh, well. Easy to prepare, some time spent cleaning and preparing mushrooms but not difficult.
