I'm (not much) sorry to say I wish I could have given this recipe a lower rating, like a zero. I did not like this at all and neither did my husband (a mustard lover). It was VERY greasy and just plain tasted bad! If in doubt, AVOID!

This is just like the one my mom would make! Putting the big pieces of banana in didn't work well for me, so instead I put them in a ziplock bag, removed as much air as I could and squished them with my fingers then dumped the bananas in the bread machine pan and it works great!

This is a great recipe. My husband and I just love it. I cut the recipe in half and put it in my bread machine on the DOUGH setting and it works just great! But make sure there is just the right amount of flour so it's not too sloppy or too stiff in the machine. Thank you for sharing this one! I had always wanted to make hamburger buns at home but all the other recipes I used had a tough outside, but this is nice and soft, just like if they came from a bakery!
