Spinach Cheese Manicotti
This is so quick and good! I loved that I was able to stuff the pasta before cooking it. So much easier than boiling the shells first and then stuffing them and the taste is the same if not better. Thanks for the great recipe!!!

Apple Enchilada Dessert
YUM! I love recipes that are easy to throw together with stuff I already have in the pantry! This is a delicious way to use up left over tortilla shells! Thanks for this great recipe!!!
