Self-Filled Cupcakes I
These cupcakes were some of the best that I have ever made. I think I found a solution for the reviewers who didnt have enough cake batter and or too much filling left over. I only filled the liners about 1/4 for the bottom layer. I used alittle over a tablespoon of the filling. For the top layer, I only filled the liners to 2/3 full. I got 24 cupcakes, and had no batter or filling left. the amounts were perfect, for me anyways. Mine came out perfectly moist and sooooo delicious to say the least!Another thing was that I only left mine in the oven for 18 minutes , exactly so mine werent burnt on the bottom. I had no problems with the filling sinking to the bottom and that is probably due to how long I whipped it with the mixer. Very light and fluffy. I used a Devil's Food cake mix and a Chocolate Fudge frosting. If I could I would give these a 10 star rating. Thanks for the great recipe Star!!

Fried Chicken with Creamy Gravy
GINA, YOU HAVE GOT TO BE A COUNTRYSOUTHERN COOK! I KNOW A GOOD SOUTHERN RECIPE WHEN I TASTE IT :) FOR THOSE OF YOU WHO THINK THIS IS BLAND , TRY A SEASONED FLOUR SUCH AS KENTUCKY KERNEL. ANOTHER THING IS, I READ WHERE ONE REVIEWER THOUGHT THE RECIPE CALLED FOR TOO MUCH OIL TO COOK THE CHICKEN IN. I BELIEVE THAT THROUGH TRIAL AND ERROR YOU WILL FIND THAT IF YOU FOLLOW GINA'S RECIPE AND USE THE OIL CALLED FOR , YOU WILL GET THE ULTIMATE CRISPY FRIED CHICKEN THAT WILL STILL BE JUICY ON THE INSIDE.I WOULD LIKE TO ADD THAT I ENJOYED TRYING SOMEONE ELSES RECIPE AND HAVING IT TURN OUT SOOOO DELICIOUS!!! THANKS GINA!!

Mrs. Sigg's Snickerdoodles
I never thought I would find a snickerdoodle recipe that could stand up to my mom's, but, guess what? This one did!! I was looking for a snickerdoodle recipe last night to make some up real quick for my granddaughters and they were fantastic! Sooo chewy in the middle and crisp around the edge. Perfect!! Thanks Beth. This is the recipe that I will use from now on. Glad I found it just in time for Thanksgiving and especially Christmas! I would like to add that I only left mine in the oven for 8 minutes.
