About this Cook
I am a stay-at-home mom of 3, a 10 year old son, and 3 year old boy/girl twins. I am also a part-time student.
My favorite things to cook
I love to bake so, making bread is one of my favorites.
My favorite family cooking traditions
I guess the main family cooking tradition is Thanksgiving dinner. I always prepare what my Mom cooked. The traditional tukey, dressing, green beans, mashed potatoes, gray, cranberry sauce and rolls.
My cooking triumphs
The first time I made a perfect batch of yeast rolls. I can't tell you how many rolls have been thrown out my back door before finally getting it right!
My cooking tragedies
The first time I made a Thanksgiving turkey, I forgot to take out that little bag of "goodies" (the neck, gizzards, and gravy mix). I was so embarrassed.

Banana Banana Bread
This was first attempt at banana bread and it turned out wonderful. I only added 1/2 cup of brown sugar by mistake, and it still turned out perfect. It was moist and delicious....just right.

Croissants
This is a great recipe! The rolls came out tender and buttery on the inside and crisp and flaky on the outside. I have made these twice now and my family and I love them. It is well woth the work you have to put into them.
