I am a stay-at-home mom of 3, a 10 year old son, and 3 year old boy/girl twins. I am also a part-time student. I love to bake so, making bread is one of my favorites. I guess the main family cooking tradition is Thanksgiving dinner. I always prepare what my Mom cooked. The traditional tukey, dressing, green beans, mashed potatoes, gray, cranberry sauce and rolls. The first time I made a perfect batch of yeast rolls. I can't tell you how many rolls have been thrown out my back door before finally getting it right! The first time I made a Thanksgiving turkey, I forgot to take out that little bag of "goodies" (the neck, gizzards, and gravy mix). I was so embarrassed.
