Almond Buttercrunch Candy I
This is wonderful, I make a big pan for my family every year. Note about the temperature ~ I always stop at 300 degrees. It might just be my candy thermometer though. This is also a great Valentine's Day treat!

Fish Chowder
I served this for Christmas Eve dinner and my family absolutely LOVED it! I followed the directions exactly and had no trouble at all. Keeps good as leftovers, too.

Crunchy Fun Drops
I've always loved these! I substituted 1 1/2 cup of marshmallows for the raisins. I may have had too much chocolate, because I had to add an extra 1/2 cup of chow mein noodles to thicken it up a bit.
