Hi, My name is Kristy. I live in NC and have grown up around southern cooking. I like to try different styles but usually end up back where I started. I love to make desserts. And all of my friends and family love it too. I'm not sure what you may want to know about me but feel free to ask. Hmmm....I like making puppy chow, chocolate covered peanut butter balls, oreo balls, lasagne roll ups, and I love grilled chicken. When my mom thinks that I haven't been visiting enough she fixes country style steak and gravy and mashed potatoes. My favorite meal in the world. When we have family get-togethers I'm required to bring a dessert usually Hawaiian Pudding since I was six. The first time I made oreo balls and everyone raved about them (and still do) I never thought that they would turn out as well as they did. Where to begin here? Once I was making dinner for some friends and instead of putting paprika in a recipe I put cayane pepper- I'm not to big on spicey stuff and neither are my friends.
