Mom's Zucchini Bread
Always a hit when I make it! People here in Serbia find it weird to put zucchini in a dessert but always ask for the recipe once they try some! I make it in a square pan instead of loaf pans to cut down on the baking time.

Best Brownies
Excellent brownies! They are nice and chewy; just what I was looking for! I used margarine instead of butter and didn't make the frosting since I was using the brownies for a trifle I was making. I doubled the recipe and put it in a 9 x 13 pan for about 23 minutes.

Chocolate Zucchini Cake I
Very moist and delicious! No one would ever guess there was zucchini in the cake! The only change was to decrease the sugar a bit, which I generally tend to do with recipes. I didn't have sour milk so I used the milk and lemon juice solution as suggested.
