Chocolate Zucchini Cake I
Very moist and delicious! No one would ever guess there was zucchini in the cake! The only change was to decrease the sugar a bit, which I generally tend to do with recipes. I didn't have sour milk so I used the milk and lemon juice solution as suggested.

Baked Potato Soup
Wow, this was excellent! I used fresh basil, since I had it on hand. I think the basil makes it stand out from other potato soups. It didn't thicken very much even with extra flour, so I added some instant potato flakes. Definitely a keeper!

Cream of Wheat Griddlecakes
This is a keeper! The pancakes are very moist and tasty. I followed the recipe exactly as written except that I didn't have instant Cream of Wheat on hand so I used the regular kind that needs to cook longer. I really don't think it makes much of a difference which type you use.
