Frozen Cranberry Salad
These turned out great! I made them in paper cupcake cups. So convienent to serve. I also lowered the fat by using low fat cream cheese and low fat cool whip, omiting the butter. I garnished each "cupcake" with chopped dried cranberry-raisins and a pecan chip. (used pecans instead of walnuts.YUMMO!

Paul's Pumpkin Bars
EVERY time I've made these I get loads of compliments. Great seller at the school bake sale. VERY EASY TO MAKE!, I only used 1/4 c. of the butter in the frosting though. They look nice if you decorate each piece w/ candy corns. thanks for a good recipe!
