Hot Apple Cider
To be honest, I can't really review this recipe since I changed it so much. I made it in a crock pot and simmered. I used about 6 cups of unsweetened apple cider, a teaspoon of cinnamon, no allspice, two slices of clementines, a teaspoon of maple syrup, 8 cloves, about 1/2 teaspoon of lemon zest, and 8 cranberries. It smells and tastes delicious!

Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookies I
Very delicious :) Thanks for the recipe! I made a few changes to adjust to my taste. 1. Added additional 1/2 cup of Oatmeal 2. Added 1 1/2 teaspoon of Vanilla 3. Added 1 cup of chopped walnuts 4. Added 1/4 cup unsweetened coconut 5. Halved the salt since I used butter. 6. Baked 10 minutes.

Apple Pie I
Great recipe! I melted the butter and mixed it with 1 teaspoon of vanilla and drizzled it over the layered apples. Also, I used a 10 inch ceramic pie plate, so I cooked the pie for 10 minutes at 450 then for about an hour at 350 and it came out perfect!
