Bacon-Wrapped Potatoes
Wasn't a very big fan of these. The idea seemed great, but I found that the bacon didn't do too much to flavor the potatoes. The onions were good though. I precooked a little bit by stabbing the potatoes w/ a fork and placing the potatoes in the microwave for 3 minutes. When I cut the potatoes in half, I spread butter, garlic powder, and salt and pepper then topped w/ the onions. Wrapped in bacon and covered tightly with aluminum foil and placed on the grill for about 40 minutes. All in all, my friends weren't very impressed and neither was I.

Caramelized Onions on the Grill
Hands down, the best grilling dish EVER! Even my friends who hate onions will gobble this dish up. Don't change a thing about this recipe, except that if you use a smaller onion, then you may want to halve the bouillon cube and the amt of butter.

Roasted Vidalia Onions
Very good. I kept it simple just by using the beef bouillon cubes and butter only. It's always a huge hit when I make it at summer cookouts!
