My family loves this soup. It is so easy it practically makes itself. I start it before I go to work, finish it up when I get home and everyone just gobbles it up. They always ask for seconds. I've found it to be perfect as is and didn't need any changes.

This recipe is very tasty. My family loves it. I didn't cook it in the microwave though. I fried the patties in a pan on the stove top until they were brown. Added the consomme mixture and baked them in the oven until they were done. It is a very simple recipe that the whole family can enjoy!
