Red Lentil Curry
Very good, and looking forward to making again with all the good variations I'm reading in the other reviews. There are so many types of curry paste to use, so just changing that alone will give a different twist. I left out the teaspoon of salt thinking I can add it later if needed, but I didn't add any (the curry paste was quite salty).
