Cheesy Italian Tortellini
I made this for a board meeting that I was attending and everyone wanted the recipe. The tortellini came out just perfect and instead of jar sauce I used some that I had made previously and frozen. I added uncooked sausage links at directly into the sauce and before I added the pasta I broke the sausage up.

Bread Pot Fondue
Not real impressed. I baked it over 2 hrs. and the cheddard never melted. The bread bowl was real hard but the filling was warm.

Garlic and Herb Marinade
I made a slight change and left out the poultry seasoning. As poultry seasoning contains most of the same seasonings that are already in the recipe I just increased them slightly - a pinch or two and let me tell you I used this marinade for a charity funtion and the chickens sold like hot cakes. I had been asked for the recipe it was so good!!!!!
