Frog Cupcakes
A huge hit with the kids - and yes, they are a little time consuming to decorate, but well worth the effort. I used little confetti hearts for a nose and string licorice for a smile! A FUN recipe!!!

Kathy's Delicious Italian Pasta Salad
I added marinated artichoke hearts and used bow-tie pasta. Also used a packet of "Good Seasons MILD Italian" and used red wine vinegar in the Good Seasons. I found smoked mozzarella and used it - this is a great recipe that you can add other ingredients to. Will make it again!!

Absolutely the Best Chocolate Chip Cookies
So simple and so simply delicious!! I didn't have Mexican Vanilla, so I used regular vanilla and I did not grease my cookie sheet. Might add nuts next time, but this recipe is truly going to be a favorite!
