This is the easiest recipe in the world! And absolutely delicious. I used Sweet Baby Ray's BBQ sauce and broiled the ribs for 4 min on each side after baking. I have tried this recipe with baby-back ribs and with country style ribs. Both turned out marvelous - my family thought they were in heaven. Thanks so much.

I made this recipe exactly as stated. The flavor was delicious but the cake was somewhat wet and mushy. What am I doing wrong?
