Smoky Salmon Spread
To much salmon and not enought cream cheese also I would use canned smoked salmon instead of plain canned salmon and liquid smoke

Award Winning Chili Con Carne
Used 1 can of beef broth instead of the bouillon cubes. They are to salty. Used 3 tbs of new mexical chille powder and eliminated the hot sauce, added a little coumin and coriander powder. Good recipe, just have to adjust to what you like

Rotisserie Chicken
I make this rotisserie chicken using Western North Carolina Vinegar Barbeque Sauce which has butter in it. You can find the recipe on alrecipes. I do the usual tie the legs and wings and use indirect heat and try to maintain 350 degrees on my weber
