Italian Green Bean Chicken
This was just OK. Would not make it again. I did use dried basil instead, but I really don't think that made THAT big a difference. It just wasn't anything special.

Beef and Pepper Pie
I thought this was very good. However I used fresh peppers not "roasted red peppers" which is what I think the recipe called for. Because I didn't have juice from the bottled peppers I did mix up some beef oxo and flour in water and added that to the mixture. I could have thickened it a bit more for our taste.

Asian Asparagus Salad with Pecans
I enjoyed this recipe. Having a cold veggie to bring for a dinner is great, as you don't have to cook something when you get there. With marinating the asparagus it isn't as strong as normal, so even people who don't "like" asparagus, eat it. I confess I overcooked the asparagus a bit, but it was still good.
