Moist Apple Cake
Wonderful cake! I also substituted brown sugar for white and doubled the cinnamon. Tart apple cuts the sweetness a bit. We served it hot with vanilla bean ice cream yum!!

Baked Garlic Parmesan Chicken
This is a oldie but goodie. I change mine up a bit by toasting my breadcrumbs before coating the chicken to give them some crunch (sometimes I use toasted sourdough bread crumbs). Also instead of using oil I coat them with a thin layer of Dijon mustard to give it some extra zip.
