Good Old Fashioned Pancakes
So good! My 4 year old asked for pancakes this morning, and I didn't have any mix. I halved the recipe and made six small pancakes. My son just polished off three pancakes and my husband (who almost never eats my pancakes, sadly) loved them, too. Great, easy recipe!

Baked Ziti I
Fabulous recipe! I've made this two ways--once with italian pork sausage and all the fat and once with ground turkey, low fat sour cream and whole wheat rigatoni. It's great either way!

Chili I
This is my "go to" recipe for easy chili. It's great, and my husband always raves about it. I substituted hot turkey sausage for the beef, used chili beans in sauce, added 1/2 a beer for a more "soupy" chili, and put a few dashes of crushed habenero flakes to spice it up. Delicious!
