Slow Cooker Apple-Scented Venison Roast
This was fabulous. I added some corn starch late in the cooking to make the gravy a little thicker. Served over mashed potatoes, it was a great meal.

Chocolate Chip Orange Zucchini Bread
The orange adds nice zip, offset by the sweetness of the chips. I cut the oil in 1/2 and sub in apple sauce instead. Absolutely my families favorite zucchini bread recipe.
