Savory Breakfast Muffins
I found this recipe while looking for an old one I can't find. The only thing that I notice that is different is cheddar cheese instead of corn. I don't think corn sounds very good for breakfast.

Breakfast Pies
My family loved these! I have made them several times now. I use Pillsbury regular biscuits and make the 10 work for 12 muffin cups. I add more onion, bell pepper, and lots more cheese and use crispy bacon crumbled instead of the sausage.
