Easy Granola Bars
These turned out great! I followed someone elses review and baked on a Jelly Roll Pan, I wanted them a little thicker so I just left a few inches at the end of the pan and it worked out great. I didn't have everything in recipe so I added what I had, almonds, pecans, sunflower seeds, and coconut. I don't think you can go wrong no matter what you put in it. I will bake for 17-18 min. next time. I especially liked that they weren't real sweet as with store bought granola bars.

Cashew Chicken Casserole
My great grandma made a similar version of this. The only thing I do different is add in 1 C each diced onion and celery sauteed in butter, and chow mein noodles on top, and chicken breast.

Restaurant-Style Hashbrown Casserole
My entire family loved this! Even the kids. I used country style hashbrowns (little potato chunks), used 1/2 the butter and added crunched up corn flakes mixed w/ a little butter to the top 1/2 way through cooking. Next time I will saute the onions in butter first.
