Carol's Chicken Salad
LOVE this. I even added pasta and extra dressing and made it for picnic. I used red grapes, that's what I had. You could use apple too. I'm not going to look any further for a chicken salsd recipe.

Strawberry and Feta Salad
Wonderful! My family asked me if I was going to open a catering business because it was SO GOOD! I will use this recipe for the rest of my life, an heirloom recipe!
