YUM! I just made some of this but tweaked the recipe a bit. I used a half cup of milk and a half cup of water. I also used 1.5 cups of white flour, 1 cup of whole wheat flour, .5 cup of wheat germ and .5 cup of ground flaxseed for the 3 cups of flour the recipe calls for. Turned out fabulous! Lovely texture and good for you--will definitely make again and again.
